Piston Press – Apple Brandy

The return of a fan favorite – only with a bit more of a kick at 101 Proof.
Piston Press is made with a selected varietals used to make apple juice and cider.
Aged in a used heavy char American Oak Barrel it is crisp, smooth, and bright with a very nice finish.
We experimented with different proofs. We felt 101 proof truly does this spirit justice.

At an international spirits conference we searched out vodka experts and offered tastings with the question: What would you charge for this? The answers were shocking, one person said he would charge $1,400 for bottle!

Made from our classic corn and cane mash used for Starter. We wanted to see how clean we could make it. Run through our 4 plate copper whiskey column then run 3 times at 192 proof through our 16 plate vodka column and finished in our Whiskey column for 36 hours. A crazy total of 54 plates. It doesn’t get cleaner than that:)
